Comfortable stay
helpful staff comfortable beds quietness
I found the staff very helpful. The hotel is near the Thames so I could walk there easily. The beds are comfortable and I appreciate the quietness.

intrusive glass broken sauna
I found a large dead fly shriveled up in my breakfast. The spa was a cold pool with an unusually intrusive piece of glass. The sauna didn't work.

outdated bathroom unfresh towels
The location near Battersea Power Station was acceptable.
The bathroom looked outdated and not thoroughly cleaned. I saw some grime. The towels in the spa were not fresh, disappointing. the pool did not seem clean, and it had a noticeable tide mark.
